This page explains how to delete your CALEUP account (operated by Anvel) and its data. You can delete it yourself in the app or on the web, or request deletion by email if you cannot sign in.
The steps are the same in the iOS app, Android app, web, and desktop app. 1) Sign in to CALEUP. 2) Open the profile screen. 3) Tap "Delete account" at the bottom of the screen. 4) Enter your account email to confirm. If you signed up with email, also enter your password. 5) Tap "Permanently delete account". Your account is deleted right away. • A workspace where you are the last owner and that has never had other members is deleted together with your account, and any paid subscription of that workspace is canceled so that it is not charged from the next billing date. • A workspace that had other members in the past is not deleted, even if you are now the only one left, so that its members' work records are preserved. It remains without an owner, and only the auto-renewal of its paid subscription is canceled so that it is not charged from the next billing date. • If you are the last owner of a workspace that still has other members (including guests), transfer ownership on the Members screen of the workspace settings, then delete your account.
• Send to: privacy@caleup.ai • Subject: Account deletion request • Include: The email address of the account to delete • Verification: Please send the email from the account's email address. If you write from another address, we will send a confirmation email to the account's address and process the request after you reply to it. • Timeline: We delete the account within 7 days of receiving the request and let you know by email when it is done.
• Account information such as name, email address, profile photo, phone number, and job title (deleted or made unidentifiable) • Password, sign-in methods (including Google and Apple sign-in links), and sign-in tokens • Push notification tokens for the mobile app • Connected external service integrations, their stored tokens, and the search data collected through them • EVEN personal memory and custom instructions, and personal search data (including search vectors) • Your AI answer reports • Your personal workspace (personal projects with their tasks, and personal channels) • Any workspace in which you were the last owner and that never had other members • Your membership in every workspace. Open tasks assigned to you are unassigned. Deleted accounts and data cannot be recovered.
• Messages, tasks, comments, and attachments you left in workspaces shared with other members: These are part of that workspace's work records, so they remain and are shown as "Deleted user" instead of your name. To have them removed, please ask that workspace's administrator. • Workspaces that had other members in the past: Even if you were the last owner, they hold their members' work records, so they remain without an owner. The company that uses the workspace can ask support to assign a new owner. • Payment and usage records: Under the Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, contract and payment records are kept for 5 years and dispute records for 3 years in a form that does not identify you, and then destroyed. • Server logs such as access logs and error reports: Kept for 7 days, then deleted automatically.
