These Terms of Service (the "Terms") aim to define the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and other necessary matters between Anvel (the "Company") and users regarding the use of 'CALEUP', the AI-powered project management and collaboration service (the "Service") provided by the Company.
1. "Service" means all related services provided by the Company, including AI-powered project management, task automation, team collaboration, and chat. 2. "User" refers to members and non-members who use the Service in accordance with these Terms. 3. If the Terms are amended, the Company will announce the changes through service notices at least 7 days prior to the effective date. 4. If users do not agree to the amended Terms, they may discontinue using the Service and withdraw their membership.
1. Users apply for membership registration by filling in member information according to the registration form set by the Company and expressing their intention to agree to these Terms. 2. The Company shall register as a member any user who has applied for membership as described in paragraph 1, unless they fall under any of the following: - The applicant has previously lost member status - Using a name that is not real or using another person's name - Providing false information or not providing the information requested by the Company - Applying for purposes that violate relevant laws or undermine public safety, order, and morals 3. The time of establishment of the membership contract shall be the time when the Company's approval reaches the user.
1. The Company provides the following services: - AI-powered project management and task automation - Team collaboration and communication tools - Gantt charts and Kanban boards - Chat and notification services - File sharing and document management - All other services additionally developed by the Company or provided through partnership agreements 2. In principle, the Service is provided 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. However, the Company may temporarily suspend the Service for system maintenance, expansion, or replacement. 3. The Company may modify, change, or suspend all or part of the Service to improve service quality.
1. The Company offers both free and paid (subscription) plans. The fees and scope of each plan follow what is posted on the Service's pricing page. 2. Fees for paid services are posted on the service page, and the Company may change fees as necessary. 3. When changing fees, the Company will notify users through service notices at least 30 days in advance. If users do not agree to the changed fees, they may cancel their subscription. 4. Refunds for purchases made by card payment are, in principle, processed only by canceling the card transaction. Detailed refund criteria and procedures follow the Refund Policy posted by the Company.

The Company may use users' content for purposes such as service provision, improvement, and promotion. In this case, the Company must obtain the user's consent. 4. Members and messages in a workspace are managed by that workspace's administrators, who can delete inappropriate messages or remove members. If an answer from an AI feature is inappropriate or inaccurate, users can tell the Company with the in-service report feature; the Company reviews reports within 24 hours and takes necessary action, such as improving the AI feature.
1. If users violate the obligations of these Terms or interfere with the normal operation of the Service, the Company may restrict service use in stages, such as warning, temporary suspension, or permanent suspension. 2. Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, the Company may immediately impose permanent suspension in cases of violation of relevant laws, such as copyright infringement, illegal communication and hacking, distribution of malicious programs, and unauthorized access. 3. If users do not log in for more than 3 consecutive months, the Company may restrict use for the protection of member information and operational efficiency.
1. Members may terminate the use contract (withdraw) at any time themselves via "Delete account" at the bottom of the profile screen in the app or on the web, and the withdrawal takes effect immediately. A workspace where the member is the last owner and that has never had other members is deleted together with the account, and any paid subscription of that workspace is canceled so that it is not charged from the next billing date. A workspace that had other members in the past is not deleted, even if the member is now the only one left, so that its members' work records are preserved; it remains without an owner, and only the auto-renewal of its paid subscription is canceled so that it is not charged from the next billing date. If the member is the last owner of a workspace that still has other members (including guests), they can withdraw after transferring ownership. Members who cannot sign in, among others, may also apply by emailing contact@caleup.ai or privacy@caleup.ai from the email address they signed up with, in which case the Company will verify the request and process it within 7 days of the application date. See the Account Deletion page (https://caleup.ai/account-deletion) for details. 2. If members fall under any of the following reasons, the Company may restrict and suspend member status: - Registering false information during membership application - Interfering with other people's use of the Service or stealing their information, thereby threatening electronic commerce order - Using the Service to engage in acts prohibited by law or these Terms or contrary to public order and morals 3. When members withdraw, account information such as name, email, and profile photo is deleted or made unidentifiable, and sign-in methods, mobile push tokens, external service integrations, the personal workspace, and any workspace in which the member was the last owner and that never had other members are deleted or disconnected and cannot be recovered. Messages, tasks, and comments left in workspaces shared with other members remain as that workspace's records, with the author shown as "Deleted user." Payment and dispute records that the law requires us to retain are kept for the required period.
1. The Company is exempt from liability for service provision if it cannot provide the Service due to natural disasters or equivalent force majeure. 2.
