Turn conversations into work. When you're done, AI PM looks first
CALEUP's AI PM sits next to your team chat. Call @EVEN in a channel and it understands assignees and due dates, writes a summary and a checklist first when a review is requested, and sends reports the morning you set. So you can tell before you try it, here it is screen by screen.
To-dos from the conversation become tasks right there.
Call @EVEN in the channel you already use and add one sentence. It understands assignees and due dates, and splits several items into separate tasks.
- 1Call @EVENMention @EVEN in a channel or DM and write the way you talk, like "split the meeting action items into tasks, the copy cleanup is mine".
- 2Tasks appearTasks with a title, assignee, due date, and priority are created in the project, and a link is posted in the channel so the whole team sees them in one place.
- 3Ask, change, look upAsk "show my tasks in progress" and it answers from real tasks. Change status, assignees, and comments by talking. When it needs material, it searches the web and brings it back with sources.
- 4Before you send, after you receiveCtrl+Enter lets AI polish a draft before it goes out, messages in other languages show up in yours, and a long thread becomes a task with one button.
Deleting is the one thing it confirms first. Short commands like "my tasks" and "due today" (14 of them) are answered instantly without AI.
You don't have to start from a blank screen.
A one-line title, a thread, or a few messages is enough for AI PM to draft the project and its tasks. Choosing and editing stays with the team.
- 1Just a title and descriptionType a title and description in Quick create and you get a project with goals, scope, and recommended tasks.
- 2Choosing step by stepStep-by-step create has AI PM propose two directions, then build the approach and task list on the one you pick. Ask for simpler or more detailed and it regenerates.
- 3One button in a threadPress 'Create task with EVEN (AI PM)' in a project channel thread and the whole conversation becomes a task with a title, description, and subtasks.
- 4While talking with AI PMPlan it back and forth in AI PM home, and when it's ready, turn it into a project right there.
Even after creating, task, subtask, and assignee suggestions bring AI PM's proposals. Only what you pick goes in.
Research, email, slide drafts. Just say it.
AI PM home is your own workspace. Ask directly, without going through team channels.
- 1Web researchThe work agent searches the web and writes a report with sources. One 'Create task' button turns the conversation into a task.
- 2Email and slide draftsPaste an email and it reads the tone and drafts a reply in the tone you want. Give a title and description and it refines in chat and drafts the slides.
- 3Planning and my workPlan a project in conversation, and ask "round up my tasks due this week" to sort your work from real tasks.
- 4Memory and skills"Keep answers short from now on" is enough to apply from the next conversation, and a request that worked can be saved as a skill and run by name.
Say "tell me my tasks every morning at 9" and it becomes a scheduled report. More in 'Arrives on its own' below.
Before you say it's done, AI PM takes the first look.
Request a review and AI PM reads first, writing a summary and a wrap-up checklist. Reviewers only have to judge on top of it.
- 1Request a reviewUse 'Request review' on the task screen. 'AI PM pre-review' is on by default.
- 2Summary and checklistAI PM reads subtasks, progress, and comments, then writes a summary, advice, and a wrap-up checklist of 2 to 5 items. Only what can actually be done.
- 3The team checks, reviewers decideAnyone on the team can tick the checklist, and an item becomes a subtask with one button. Approval and change requests belong to the reviewer.
- 4Get it again anytimeWithout a request, the 'AI PM review' button on the task screen gets one right away. 'Copy review link' unfolds the same result as a card in chat.
You can request a review on a long thread too. It points out a summary, ideas, gaps, and action items, and action items become tasks on the spot.
Description, subtasks, assignee. One button brings a draft.
Open a task and every empty spot has an AI PM button. Press to get a draft and keep only what you pick.
- 1Description draftWith just a title, it drafts the description and completion criteria.
- 2Subtask suggestionsPress 'EVEN (AI PM) subtask suggestions' and it looks at the task and existing subtasks to propose what's missing. Only what you 'Add' goes in the list.
- 3Assignee and reviewer suggestionsFrom the task and what teammates have on their plates, it suggests who should take it and who should check it, with reasons.
- 4Completion checklistPress 'Done' on a subtask and a checklist appears to verify it's really finished. Everything must be checked to confirm.
A finished task gets suggestions for what to carry over in 'Follow-up task', and a task written in another language can be shown in yours.
You don't call it. It shows up on time.
Set it once and it comes every morning, every week, every time a meeting ends.
Scheduled reports
Say "every Friday at 5, round up what we finished this week" and at that time AI writes the report and posts it to a channel or to you.
Dashboard work briefing
Press 'Generate briefing' on the dashboard and AI sums up today's work status in a few lines.
Speak minutes
End a Speak voice session and a minutes document summarizing what was posted in the channel is created in the Document Center and shared to the channel.
In documents and events too
In the editor, refine, shorten, expand, or fix the spelling of selected text. When creating an event, it writes a description from the title.
The more you use it, the better it knows your team.
Channel conversations, tasks, and documents your team shares become the AI's background knowledge. When @EVEN answers, drafts an email, or suggests subtasks, it looks them up.
What piles up
Becomes team knowledge
Indexed by meaning and keyword, with context. Private documents are never included.
AI looks it up
Persistent memory
Say "remember this" and preferences and facts carry into the next conversation.
Custom instructions
Set tone and working-style instructions once, and @EVEN in channels and the work agent keep to them.
Save and rerun skills
Save frequent instructions as skills, run them by name, and edits flow into any scheduled reports built on them.
Permissions stay as they are
Project and channel access rules apply as-is. Make something private or delete it and it leaves the knowledge right away.
The more records there are, the more accurate the answers. Those records stay in your team's own workspace, and CALEUP never uses them to train AI.
Usage at a glance, and who gets more, by role.
AI usage shows by month and by 4-hour session, with limits and refill times on one screen.
AI usage and limits
See this month's and the session's usage, the limits, and when they refill.
No personal limit permission
Give a role this permission to use up to the workspace limit instead of a personal one.
EVEN bot name and photo
Change your workspace's EVEN name and photo. You can mention it by the new name too.
