Create tasks, get reviews, hand off what's next.
Turn channel conversations into tasks, get finished work confirmed through review, and carry what's left into a follow-up task. Scheduled reports keep you posted on the team.
Finished work gets confirmed by review.
Pick reviewers and how many approvals you need. Once approvals are in, the task shows 'Confirmed' and who confirmed it.
- 1Request a reviewFrom a task, request a review and set reviewers, required approvals, and a due date. Leave reviewers open and anyone on the team can pick it up.
- 2AI PM pre-reviewAI PM writes a summary and a wrap-up checklist first. It's on by default; reviewers make the call.
- 3Approve or request changesReviewers approve, request changes, or comment. Re-request after a fix and a new round starts, showing only what changed since the last round.
- 4Confirmed, then doneWhen enough approvals are in, the task shows 'Confirmed · name' and the assignee gets a 'Move to done' notice.
Approval doesn't complete the task on its own. The assignee moves it to done with one click.
Unfinished work carries into a follow-up task.
The original task stays as it is; only what's left moves to a new task, and the two stay linked.
- 1The Follow-up task buttonPress it on a task or in a review. The new task's title starts with '[Follow-up] original title'.
- 2Move unfinished subtasksUnfinished subtasks move over with their assignees, due dates, and comments. Anything you don't pick stays in the original.
- 3AI PM suggestionsAI PM reads the comments, reviews, and history, then suggests what to carry over and what to improve next. Only what you pick becomes a subtask.
- 4Linked tasksThe Linked tasks line under the title moves you between tasks, and the new task shows who finished what in the original.
If the original project has already ended, you can create the follow-up in another open project.
Reports arrive at the time you set.
Schedule one by asking AI PM, and the report arrives in the channel you choose or in your DM.
- 1Schedule by askingTell AI PM or @EVEN in a channel something like “Tell me my tasks every morning at 9” and a recurring report is set up. Choose daily, weekdays, set days of the week, or monthly.
- 2To a channel or your DMPick a channel and it posts there; otherwise it comes to your DM. Private tasks that people in that channel can't see are left out.
- 3Manage on one screenOn Scheduled reports, change the days, turn reports on or off, or run one right now.

Notes, reports, minutes - team docs in one place
Write, organize with tables, share to channels. Version history remembers who changed what, and when.
An editor with real tables
Headings, checklists, and tables at the click of a button - saved as markdown.
Deliverables, auto-collected
Project reports, AI reviews, and Speak minutes all land in one document center.
Auto meeting minutes
When a Speak session ends, AI drafts minutes from what was posted in the channel during it.
Share to channels & projects
Set the visibility and share as a card in a channel - your team opens it right there.
Version history & diffs
Authors, editors, version snapshots, and change comparisons - recorded automatically.
Search & AI knowledge
Docs you share with your org or project show up in search, and @EVEN draws on them when it answers in channels.
An AI that knows your team better every week.
Scattered decisions, tasks, owners, and context come together in a single question. What your team records today makes tomorrow's AI answers sharper.
Your team works
Tasks and channel conversations pile up, along with docs shared to your org or project.
It becomes knowledge
That record is indexed by meaning and by keyword, context included, into your team's knowledge.
Your AI draws on it
When @EVEN answers in a channel, drafts an email, or suggests subtasks, it looks up what your team knows.
Persistent memory
Say “remember this” and AI PM carries preferences and facts into future conversations.
Custom instructions
Set tone and workflow guidance once - AI PM keeps to it in every conversation.
Saved skills
Save frequent instructions as skills and rerun them by name - edits flow into linked scheduled reports automatically.
Access permissions are always respected. Private docs never enter the knowledge base, and anything made private or deleted is removed right away.
