A team workspace you can trust

How CALEUP handles your team's data, and the questions we get asked the most.

Security and data

Your team's data
belongs to your team.

Data isolation and access control are always on - beta included.

Three-level data isolation

Personal, team, and org data are stored in separate scopes. Data from teams or orgs you don't belong to never appears in AI search results.

User-authorized integrations · encrypted tokens

GitHub and Notion integrations are authorized by each user with their own account, and access tokens are stored encrypted.

Per-request access control

Every API request is authenticated as the signed-in user, and data access is filtered by user, org, and team in both the database and AI search.

In detail
  • External integrations (GitHub and Notion) are authorized directly by each user with their own account. Admins cannot access teammates' personal account data.
  • Integrations only read your content - CALEUP never modifies anything in the services you connect.
  • Personal / team / org data live in three separate scopes; data from teams or orgs you don't belong to never appears in search results.
  • Disconnecting an integration stops any further collection through it. When you delete your account in profile settings, your account information and personal workspace are deleted right away.
  • You can revoke permissions at any time - in CALEUP or directly in the connected service's own account settings.
  • Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Frequently asked questions

The questions teams ask most when evaluating CALEUP.

Every data request is authenticated as the signed-in user, and data is stored in three isolated scopes - personal, team, and org. Data from teams or orgs you don't belong to never appears in AI search results.

No. Your team's records and AI memory stay only in your team's own workspace, and CALEUP does not use them to train AI. AI answers are generated through the APIs of Google (Gemini), Anthropic (Claude), and OpenAI (GPT and embeddings), and under each provider's API terms, your inputs are not used for model training.

Three plans: Free ($0), Starter ($8.75/user/mo), and Work ($25/user/mo). Pricing changes are announced in advance.

From 5-person teams to growing organizations. Org-team-project hierarchy and per-team data isolation are built in, so the way you work stays the same as you scale.

Sign up with email or Google, create an organization, and invite your team - that's it. It's a web service with nothing to install, and the execution loop starts with today's conversations, no data migration required.

GitHub PR and review integration is available, and each user can connect Notion with their own account. More integrations are on the way.

Use Delete account in profile settings and it takes effect right away. Your account information, such as name and email, and your personal workspace are deleted and cannot be recovered. Posts and tasks you left in workspaces shared with your team stay there, shown as "Deleted user". Payment records we are legally required to keep are retained for the required period. If you are the only owner of a workspace, transfer ownership or delete the workspace first. Disconnecting an integration alone stops any further collection through it.
